We focus on maintaining the freshness and quality of our recipes, by using fresh herbs and grinding spices in-house and using our own spice pastes. The use of charcoal clay oven called tandoor, enhances the smokey flavour of the food. Chef Arun has been in the industry for the last 35 years, he is committed to providing authentic and hearty meals to our guests, very passionate about following traditional recipes from India.
